Who: Manuela Zangara, a mother of two daughters living in Sydney, Australia
Why we love this blog: One Italian-born mama meets a handsome guy from India, moves to Australia, and mixes all three cultures’ tastes into one blog. Dedicated to showcasing her culinary skills and proving why most Italian food outside of Italy isn’t anywhere close to the real thing (hint: too much garlic), Manu’s Menu is an awesome collection of real recipes that stay (mostly) true to their native origins. If anything, the blog is proof that true Italian food is easier than you think, and that coaxing even the pickiest of eaters to indulge in a little international cuisine is possible.
