Who: Ashley Rodriguez, mother of two sons and one daughter, in Washington state
Why we love this blog: The photographs are gorgeous, but the recipes outperform. A former chef at the Beverly Hills desert hotspot Spago, Rodriguez brings comprehensive knowledge of industrial kitchens as well as from-the-trenches reports of being a wife and a mom. Travel, cookbook reviews, and dispatches from food hubs across the globe are also scattered among dishes so pretty you almost won’t want to eat them. Reader beware: some (but definitely not all) recipes here can veer a tad on the complicated side, but man are they worth it.
