Who: Kathy Strahs, mother of two living in San Diego, California
Why we love this blog: Simplicity. This blog has one focus and one focus alone: paninis, or things that can be made with a panini press. More than 200 recipes for sandwiches find their home right here, ranging from grilled cod sliders to pumpkin French toast to ice cream cone recipes (all made with a panini press, of course). Strahs’ site is gloriously lacking the pretentiousness of other food sites, making her one of the most relatable food bloggers on the web today.
