Who: Holly Hanks, a mother of three based in Salt Lake City, Utah
Why we love this blog: With three kids, one of whom has Down Syndrome, and a skydiving instructor of a husband, Holly’s proverbial plate is full, but she’s still got time to produce amazing recipes and equally stunning photos to go with them. This blog is equal parts food-inspired posts and reports on the rewarding (and not-so-rewarding) moments that come with motherhood. We love recipes like chocolate mousse mug cake and cinnamon roll waffles, but we absolutely adore Holly’s posts about the highs and lows of her family.
