Who: Silvana Nardone, a mom of one son and one daughter in Brooklyn, New York
Why we love this blog: Formerly known as Dish Towel Diaries, this gluten-free blog is helmed by the founding editor-in-chief of Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine. It’s not surprising then that recipes are hassle-free and designed to please a wide range of palates. Instead of encouraging gluten-free readers to give up their favorite foods, Nardone does an excellent job of creating substitutes that taste just as good as the originals. See? And if lactose intolerance also runs in the fam, don’t worry. Nardone has a robust dairy-free section too.
