Who: Gaelle, a mother of two based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Why we love this blog: French mama Gaelle brings European tastes to the American palate. This blog is heavy on international dishes and ingredients as well as on how to prevent your kids from falling into a strictly pizza-chicken nuggets-mac ’n‘ cheese diet. Recipes here tend to slant on the French and Mediterranean side of the food scale, with a strong emphasis on simplicity, easy preparation, and fresh ingredients. Each post is also flavored with a tiny pinch of Gaelle’s native language and insights into her home life with kids.
