Who: Caroline Lubbers, mother of two daughters, living in Chicago
Why we love this blog: Grandiose food creations, be gone! This blog isn’t afraid to get into the nitty- gritty of creating the perfect old-fashioned vanilla pudding. Part recipe collection, part musings on raising kids in a culinarily robust city, Whipped is equally good for foodies and those who simply want to peek into one busy mom’s life. We do have to extend extra special kudos to Lubbers for including an entire section devoted to recipes that incorporate buttermilk and for including her top food find picks in cities across the US.
