So for Babble's second annual Top Food Mom Blogs, we decided to go from 50 to 100 winners. Our food-loving panel made their picks, but we want your feedback, too, so nominate your favorite food mama here.

Almost Bourdain | Ellie
Who: Ellie, mother of one, Australia
Why we love her: Ellie’s upfront and unique worldview reminds us that simple doesn’t have to mean boxed or canned or boring. As she states, “life is complicated enough and I really don’t have to bring it into my kitchen.” With Chinese, Dutch and Malaysian family influences, her food is diverse, distinct and simply salivating. Ellie shows us that we don’t have to be world travelers or master chefs to make our dinner tables more eclectic.

Once learnt, this business of cooking was to prove an ever growing burden. It scarcely bears thinking about, the time and labour that man and womankind has devoted to the preparation of dishes that are to melt and vanish in a moment like smoke or a dream, like a shadow, and as a post that hastes by, and the air closes behind them, afterwards no sign where they went is to be found.
