Bell’alimento | Paula Jones
Paula created a custom recipe for Babble:
Rainbow Spaghetti alla Puttanesca »
Who: Paula Jones, mother of three, Raleigh, NC
Why we love her: As a foodie mama, amateur photographer, Air Force brat, pasta fanatic, travel junkie, dishwasher and freelance writer, Paula transports us with every meal. With recipes like maccheroni alla ricotta (pasta with ricotta) or aragosta fra diavola (lobster fra diavolo) it’s evident that Paula, a self-taught cook, has an affinity for Italian cuisine in addition to a charming sense of humor. We can’t wait until she launches her next project, BellaNutella, which will be dedicated to our favorite chocolate hazelnut spread.
