Cafe Johnsonia | Lindsey Johnson
Lindsey created a custom recipe for Babble:
Thai Coconut Soup »
Who: Lindsey Johnson, mother of 3, Utah
Why we love her: With hundreds of recipes (yes, hundreds) from all over the food spectrum – sweets, ethnic specialties, vegetarian, American classics – Lindsey has created a catalog so impressive we can’t believe she has time to raise three kids too! She makes intimidating dishes like chilaquiles with simmered guajillo sauce and pavlova seem surprisingly simple. (We’d love to know her secret ingredient for being a mom, an aspiring vegan and a world-class home cook.)
