Cooking During Stolen Moments | Kate Miller
Who: Kate Miller, mother of 5, Michigan
Why we love her: In an attempt to alleviate the “dinner hour crazies,” Kate started incorporating her meal preparation into “stolen moments throughout the day.” Dinner is now prepared by 1 pm (on most days) and she spends the rest of her time giving us clever tricks and recipes to make the 5 pm “rush hour” more relaxed and enjoyable. If you’re looking for more than a quick meal, take a look at her “Stolen Moments Menu Planning” program, which provides customized menu plans to help families save time and money in the kitchen.
