Top 100 Food Mom Blogs, 2011

Some of our favorite things here at Babble are family food blogs and the moms who write them. So for Babble's second annual Top Food Mom Blogs, we decided to go from 50 to 100 winners. Our food-loving panel made their picks, but we want your feedback, too, so nominate your favorite food mama here.

Check back to see your nominations on our 2012 list next year and, in the meantime, read, write, and link up. Bon App'tit! - The Babble Editors

Custom Recipe for Babble by Josie

Josie created a custom recipe for Babble:

Chocolate Port French Macaron Ice Cream Sandwiches »

Who: Josie Tavares, mother of three boys, Southern California

Why we love her: Josie, a software engineer-meets-pastry chef wannabe, travels across the continents to bring us diverse recipes. Inspired from places like Belgium, Hungary and Japan, Josie adds an original touch to traditional treats. When you look at her ideas, you could imagine finding them in the finest pastry shops across the world (especially her mouthwatering macaroons), but she makes them accessible for even the home cook. You can imagine that the boys living in her house are being fed with an array of irresistible sweet treats.
