Delightful Delicacies | Jen Johnson
Jen created a custom recipe for Babble:
Fresh Pea and Lime Hummus with Garlic
Pita Chips »
Who: Jen Johnson, mom of one, Utah
Why we love her: There is a whimsical, nostalgic sweetness to Jen Johnson’s food blog. In her words, she loves “the taste of green in the spring, juicy stain-your-hands summer berries, crisp autumn apples that snap…the emotional and literal warmth of peppermint tea and oatmeal on a winter’s morning.” It’s her insights, paired with recipes (anyone up for a gorgeous bowl of carrot coconut curry soup?) and stunning photos that make it hard not to fall in love with Jen’s charming approach to life in the kitchen.
