Family Bites | Jan Scott
Jan created a custom recipe for Babble:
Thai Chicken Salad »
Who: Jan Scott, mother of two, Toronto, ON
Why we love her: This working mama is all about food, family and how the two come together. Her dedication to planning and getting her kids involved in the process is inspiring. Features like “Meal Planning Monday” where she shares her weekly menu (and confessions about eating out from time to time) is a great launch pad for planning your own family meals, and we particularly love her downloadable “30-day lunch plan” that is full of mix and match meal ideas which helps kids decide what they will make for lunch. Jan is proof that cooking can be easy and fun.
