Pizza-Stuffed Soft Pretzel Bites »

Who: Rebecca Lindamood, mother of 5, New York

Why we love her: This mom of five (!) is the perfect source when cooking for a crowd. Raised in a foodie family, it’s no surprise she followed a professional path into the kitchen and now runs her own business teaching others how to cook. We’re grateful she shares her culinary creations and family recipes, especially her mom’s Spanish-style hot chocolate and odd-but-intriguing candied jalapenos. Rebecca’s inherent passion and flair for food reminds us why making the effort to cook for our families (even when we’re tempted to dial for takeout) is more rewarding in the long run.

  1. people. you MUST try the candied jalapenos. there is nothing odd about them, unless you are talking about how oddly addicting they are.
