Who: Erin Wolczik, mother-to-be, Boston, MA
Why we love her: This vegetarian mama-to-be reminds us how challenging it is to change our lifestyle while pregnant. Sure, there are many lists out there of foods you can and cannot eat, but there aren’t many blogs out there that can literally walk you through the experience of eating for two. But pregnant or not, we love her seasonal recipes for dishes like end-of-summer corn chowder and fall panzanella salad, and her stunning photography.
