Why we love her: Because she makes a little bit of everything. When you visit In Erika’s Kitchen, you can find anything – a cucumber salad with feta, potato galettes with duck fat, sweet potato soup, the most wonderful brownies. From gourmet to everyday, meat to veggies, soup to dessert, international cuisine to down-home classics – it’s all there. What ties it all together is that it’s all delicious.
