Who: Rachael Hutchings, mother of two, California

Why we love her: When her husband’s job took them to Japan for two years, Rachael, a lawyer turned stay-at-home-mom, fell in love with the local culture, people and food. Upon returning to the U.S., she started blogging Asian-inspired recipes to make the cuisine accessible to home cooks. Though she has an Asian bent, La Fuji Mama also shares American, Italian, Indian and other internationally inspired recipes, which have caught the attention of foodie moms everywhere.
