Who: Jennifer Leal, mother of two, Rhode Island

Why we love her: Jennifer is the kind of mom you wish you had growing up. A self-proclaimed science-lover turned foodie, she sends her kids to play dates with batches of deceivingly healthy snacks like brown rice crispy treats, and teaches them through example that eating healthy doesn’t involve sacrificing fun or flavor. And hey, we all know that getting picky eaters to well, actually eat, is a science. With all her heartfelt family stories and thoughtful recipes, we’re a bit peanut butter and jells of her super-mom ways.
