Top 100 Food Mom Blogs, 2011

Some of our favorite things here at Babble are family food blogs and the moms who write them. Custom Recipe for Babble by Carolyn

Carolyn created a custom recipe for Babble:

Date-Night Roasted Shrimp and Asparagus »

Who: Carolyn Cope, mother of two, Hoboken, NJ

Why we love her: Despite her love for Michael Pollan and sustainable foods, Carolyn fesses up to a “long, proud history of getting my greedy little hand stuck in Pringles cans.” Though she runs a community supported farm drop-off in her Hoboken, NJ garage each week, this mom is not in a contest to be “most virtuous foodie.” Her mission on Umami (which means delicious, or yummy in Japanese) is simple: to write about her adventures in food and to share only recipes that have been approved by her family.
