Traditional hummus is a delicious, healthy snack any time of the day. It is low in fat and high in protein and is a cinch to make on your own. One of the things I love about hummus is how many delicious twists you can make on it depending on your mood. Want sweet? Add sweet potatoes! Looking for savory? Add roasted beets.
