This dip will have you singing zippity do da in no time at all. Roasted tomatoes mixed with brie and cream cheese and baked to perfection. Where’s my baguette? I’m pretty sure I’d be willing to nose dive into a bowl of this goodness. Luckily for me I have tomatoes coming out of my ears right now and I’ve been roasting them all weekend. I’m planning on having a few girlfriends over later this week and this is going to be our appetizer. It might be our only dish and that will be okay too.
