If you’re active on Social Media sites like Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, chances are you have taken photos of your food and shared them with your followers and friends. In fact, according to Foodista, “of users who share their culinary captures through social media sites, 25 percent do so as part of a daily food diary.”

Most commonly photographed? Desserts and sweets. That’s a lot of cupcakes.

 

In this video, I confess to taking photos of my food. I also share some things you should never, ever do. Most importantly, I reveal some interesting findings about what obsessive food photography may say about your mental health.
