Donette Santa Hats

If you’re looking for a great Christmas breakfast or snack idea these Hostess Donette santa hats are for you. They’re quick, cute and easy. With just 5 simple ingredients and a simple preparation the kids can even make them themselves. They’re so cute that Santa himself might even love one or two of these left out for him on Christmas Eve ; )
Donette Santa Hats
What you’ll need:

8 ounces cream cheese – room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Hostess Donettes {1 per santa hat}
strawberries – bottom cut to stand flat {1 per santa hat}

What to do:
1. Into your mixing bowl add: cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Transfer cream cheese mixture to a piping bag {or a ziplock plastic bag}.

2. Pipe a circle of cream cheese mixture onto donette. Place strawberry on top of cream ring. Top with a small dot of cream cheese mixture. Continue until you have desired amount of santa hats.
