Ready to call your kids to a dinner they’ll actually wanna eat? This fabulously clever Dorito Cheddar Chicken doesn’t use Dorito’s at all! It actually uses a secret combo of spices (you won’t believe what they are!) to mimic that classic Dorito flavor that everyone loves. - 1 pound chicken, cut into strips
- 1 packet cheddar Mac & Cheese powder
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Mac & Cheese packet, taco seasoning, and cheddar cheese in one medium bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Dip chicken into milk mixture, then into cheddar mixture. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and cook for 18-22 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with sour cream and side salad for a delicious dinner!
