Dr. Oz revealed his new 11 Weeks to Move It and Lose It in 2011 program today on his show. The new Dr. Oz diet plan will be a customized, 11-week diet program is offered by Dr. Oz in partnership with Nike and Sharecare and is designed to help you lose weight. He calls is a “Resolution Revolution.”

The doctor’s Resolution Revolution includes measuring your body mass index, figuring out how much weight you should lose, showing you how to chart meals and snacks, building a support system and meeting with a personal trainer via the web. In addition to a meal plan, you’ll also have a personalized exercise plan.
