Dr. Oz Diet: 11 Weeks to Move It and Lose It in 2011

Dr. Oz revealed his new 11 Weeks to Move It and Lose It in 2011 program today on his show. The new Dr. Oz diet plan will be a customized, 11-week diet program is offered by Dr. Oz in partnership with Nike and Sharecare and is designed to help you lose weight. He calls is a “Resolution Revolution.”

The doctor’s Resolution Revolution includes measuring your body mass index, figuring out how much weight you should lose, showing you how to chart meals and snacks, building a support system and meeting with a personal trainer via the web. In addition to a meal plan, you’ll also have a personalized exercise plan. If your resolution this year was to lose weight, this sounds like a great way to get you on track to a life-changing experience.

    i am a stress eater …..my son has cystic fibrosis …he is sick alot and hospitalized every 4 to 6 wks for at least min.14 days stay for treatment .he is on a high calorie high protein diet ,life is very challenging but we have strong spiritual faith . i just can.t see me worrying about my weight when we have so many other problems but i have come to see ,i can’t help him if i can’t help myself …..i am 5ft and i weigh 200lbs and i am tired all the time and i know that i have to make a change for my self and my family …….i usually say maybe this can be my year to lose but now with 11wk diet with Dr.OZ …I am saying this is my year to lose weight for me . I need all the help and support this plan with Dr. Oz has to offer . Thank you

    Hi. Dr. Oz, Really I need your help. I have chronic Gerd- Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease and lower back degenerate disc. Especially my stomach it is very painful just I can eat boiling by water and very few things. This green vegetable and salmon fish. I can drink a tea or other things. My problem is now I can get enagh proteen. Please help me. Thank you. God bless you and your family.
