We recently purchased a juicer. We’ve been wanting to for a long time and what better time than the first of the year. Our goal is to get more fruits and vegetables in and have a little more energy. Glimmering skin will be an added bonus. The world of juicing is new to me and we’re still learning what we like and don’t like. So far I haven’t ventured into the mean green juices. We’re taking it slowly with the sweeter carrots and apple juice with just a smidge of green for good measure. So far it’s a great start to our day and I have to admit I’m liking it.
We’ll be sharing more juicing recipes as we go and would love to hear from you too!
What you’ll need:
3 large carrots
1 large apple
1 cup loosely packed spinach
What to do:
1. Wash your fruits and vegetables. (Follow the directions on your juicer)
