Easy After School Snack: PB Apple Sandwiches

Earlier we shared some Lunch Box Ideas like: “APPLE” POCKET PIES & NUTELLA “SUSHI”. Now we’re sharing a quick and easy snack that’s perfect for after school noshing. Peanut Butter with Chocolate Chips Apple Sandwiches or PBCC Apple Sandwiches as we call them in our house. My kids always coming home “starving” from school. The minute they rush in the door, drop their backpacks, shoes on the floor it’s into the kitchen for a snack. I try to have something quick and easy that will satisfy them until dinner is ready. These definitely fit the bill. TIP: If you don’t have an apple corer you can use my shortcut. I simply slice the apple into the desired thickness {I make them thinner for the smaller children and thicker for the older ones} and then I use a large metal decorating tip to cut out the core.
