This year I’ve decided to get a head start on Thanksgiving. We have a lot of family coming to town and, instead of cooking like a crazy person next week, I would like to enjoy our time together. So, I’m spreading out the cooking over the next week and utilizing the freezer!
I kicked off the cooking today with a super easy and delicious recipe for homemade cranberry sauce. I’ll be honest, I like the whole berry cranberry sauce from the can. It totally hits the spot for me. But homemade cranberry sauce really is quite delectable and has more depth of flavor. And it’s almost as easy to make this sauce as it is to open a can!
