Easy and Elegant Watermelon Appetizer

These adorable summer appetizers are from my sweet friend, Cathy of Show Food Chef. I’m absolutely in love with this easy and elegant entertaining idea. These watermelon cubes with balsamic glaze are going to be gracing my serving trays for many a summer get together. They’re refreshing, perfectly sized for popping into your mouth and can be made in advance! They would even be fantastic as part of a cheese/dessert tray.
