Easy Easter Recipe: White Chocolate Peeps PopsKelsey Banfield
The thing about Peeps is that they can get boring to eat. I mean, how many marshmallows can you really stuff in your mouth before you get tired of them? This year to change it up I was inspired by the recent cake pops trend and decided to make Peeps Pops. Regular Peeps dipped in white and dark chocolates to eaten like lollipops instead. They were a cinch to make and far more fun to eat then just the regular marshmallow popping scenario. I even tied baggies over the tops of some of them and gave them to my daughter’s friends at school for a special spring treat. What a fun to kick off the Easter season!
1 box of 12 peeps
12 ounces white chocolate chips, melted
1. Place the peeps on the lollipop sticks and dip them in the melted chocolate. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and place it in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Serve!
