    Along the same lines, individual mini-pita pizzas (you can even use whole wheat pitas) make a tasty–and reasonably healthy–afternoon treat.

    Wait, spend time to teach my kid food is a way out of boredom?

    I prefer to give him simple food when he is hungry.

    With the exception of two, all of these are not-so-healthy, sugar-laden snacks. I would rather see creative ways to fix healthy food. My kids have no boredom or hesitation eating sugar.

    Yeah, not sure kids need to be cajoled into eating sugary junk food. There iis a difference between snack and dessert.
