Let’s just admit it, playing with food is fun. Especially when it’s in the form of April Fools’ tomfoolery. Every year we try new “gotcha” pranks with the kids. This year we’ll be serving these faux fried eggs for April Fools’ breakfast. From a distance the kids won’t know any better, until they sit down to dig in. 1. Spread yogurt onto plate. Top with 1 or 2 apricot halves.
Note: peach halves can be substituted for apricot halves.
