Super Bowl Sunday is next weekend. I know there are some excited people in my house. I’m excited about the snacks. I’ll be serving these adorable football shaped deviled eggs that pack a little punch. Before you get started with yours check out out HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT HARD BOILED EGG. Then you can be on your way to making these snacks that are sure to be a touchdown with your friends. We even used our SCALLIONS that we’ve been growing indoors to garnish. Talk about an easy and economical snack!
What you’ll need: (makes 12 halves)
6 hardboiled eggs – halved
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
1 scallion – sliced for seams
What to do:
1. Scoop yolks into a small bowl. Add mayonnaise, and horseradish sauce. Mix to combine. Season with salt/pepper. Mix to combine.
2. Transfer egg mixture into a piping bag, pipe equally into egg halves. Top with scallion slices to create “seams”.
Refrigerate until time to serve.
