Four Leaf Clover Cookies

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Are you wearing your green? My whole family, including myself, is dressed in their favorite green tops. We’ve been having so much fun today. Along with the couple of crafts my son and I have done this morning, we also set out to find a four leaf clover. On St. Patrick’s Day, 4 leaf clovers are suppose to bring good luck. The clover is a symbol of Irish heritage, and most often seen with 3 leaves. I have always looked for four leaf clovers, searching through many when I was a kid, and now today with my son. We didn’t find any outside, but we did find one when we got back inside, and in the most unique form, a cookie! Can you believe how extraordinarily cute this chocolate covered shortbread 4 leaf clover cookie is? Laura over at Got Chocolate has all the step by step instructions for these cookies. This recipe is super simple too.

Laura also has many more decadent chocolate recipes you’re going to have to browse through.
