Fresh Blueberry Chicken Salad with Almonds

Here’s a quick and easy healthy salad to start your new year off right. I’m putting this, along with several other healthy salads and soups 0n my list to make in the new year. Blueberries may not be in season here, but they are in Chile. You can find Chilean blueberries in your local market and enjoy fresh blueberries all through the winter.

This recipe and video are from the Chilean Fresh Fruit Association.
