Friday Night Pizza — with a Mexican Twist

We love pizza night at our house and it happens to fall on Friday nights usually. As much as we love to go out for pizza, it’s always nice to be able to get in your pajamas and enjoy your dinner in the comfort of your own home. And it also gives you the opportunity to get creative in the kitchen.

Pizza is one of those foods that can be made differently every single time. I love experimenting with new toppings and trying out some not so traditional versions like this one. So go ahead and pull out your pizza stone and let’s make some Mexican Pizza.

I got help from my grocery store for this pizza and picked up some fresh dough made in the bakery. A little salsa, cheese and roasted peppers and you’ve got yourself a fiesta. Learn how I roast my peppers and put together this zesty and delicious Mexican Pizza over on my blog, Aggie’s Kitchen.
