Fun Watermelon Carvings for the Fourth of July

Looking for something fun, healthy and kid-friendly for the holiday long weekend? Pumpkins aren’t the only carve-worthy fruit – you can do much more with a watermelon than just slice it. Any of these watermelon carvings (think: flower garden! tiki mask!) would make a great centerpiece, are far more interesting than your average fruit platter, and perfect when you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other dietary considerations.
