Get a Free Donut at Dunkin' Donuts on National Donut Day

Tomorrow, June 3, is National Donut Day. Finally a day of the year when I can enjoy one of my favorite sweet treats, and not feel guilty. Dunkin’ Donuts’ wants to celebrate this day in a big way, by giving you free donuts. With any beverage purchase at Dunkin’ Donuts’ you’ll be able to get a free donut tomorrow, June 3. I can’t wait to visit my local Dunkin’ Donuts’ tomorrow and get a coffee along with my favorite donut, a chocolate covered one. I’ll be there early, and so should you. Offer is only good while supplies last, so the more popular flavors will go fast. You can RSVP for the event by visiting Dunkin’ Donuts’ Facebook page here.

There are also other bakeries celebrating National Donut Day. Many local as well as other national chains will also be having specials or giving away free donuts. Tomorrow would be the perfect day to surprise your office with a fresh dozen of assorted donuts from your favorite bakery.

And did you also know the Salvation Army is largely credited for popularizing the donut in WWI by serving them to troops? To celebrate all the good the Salvation Army does, Entenmann’s will honor the Salvation Army, and their volunteers who served donuts to troops in WWI.
In celebration of National Donut Day, Entenmann’s is giving everyone the opportunity to help those who have served our country and their families by helping us raise money for the Salvation Army. From May 2nd June 3rd Entenmann’s will donate $1 (up to $10,000) to the Salvation Army for every Facebook LIKE they receive! Click here to like them (facebook.com/entenmanns).
