Gluten-Free Jam Thumbprint Cookies

glutenfreegirl glutenfreegirl |

Light-as-air sugar cookies with jam pressed into the center? You don’t have to work hard to convince me to eat them any time of the year. But during the holidays, these cookies are especially welcome with a rich apricot jam, a lemon-rosemary curd, or even a dollop of chocolate ganache.

If you’re like our daughter,  you might even like a bit of crushed candy canes in some of them. The little butter tart cookies that melt in the mouth meet the crackly crunch of candy cane. Sign me up for more.

Plus, they’re gluten-free. These are a wonderful addition to any holiday party table.

Come on over to Gluten-Free Girl and the Chef for the recipe.
