Go Bananas For Banana Rice Bars

Are your kids  fans of rice krispie treats? Yes? I’m not sure I’ve run into any that aren’t now that I think of it. These banana rice bars are a great healthier twist to the classic. They only take 20 minutes to make and you’ll get 16 servings. Not that they’ll last long. You might even consider doubling  the recipe. Did you know that “Bananas provide an excellent source of vitamin B6 and a good source of potassium, fiber and vitamin C – nutrients that help promote heart health.” – Dole Fresh Fruit.
