Golden Globe Awards 2011: The Delicious Details About Tonight's Menu & Ideas for Your Own

Buffalo Chicken Strips & Blue Cheese DipThe Golden Globe Awards are tonight in Los Angeles which means stars are going to be dressed in their finest threads, walking down the red carpet and crossing their fingers for a win. It also means that the stars will be noshing on terrific eats at their table while we salivate in front of our television screens. I searched around the internet to dig up the menu for tonight’s award ceremony and here is what I found. There will be meat, vegan and vegetarian options including an appetizer of grilled eggplant with endamame and red pepper hummus, marinated artichokes and arugula. The main course will be beef tenderloin and sea bass, and the dessert will be an out of this world California almond cake with a chocolate crunch triangle and berry tart. All of it will be prepared at the Beverly Hilton by Executive Chef Suki Sugiura. The champagne of choice served will be Moet & Chandon. For the side dishes and sauces be sure to check out this in-depth menu!

If you happen to be serving up delicious eats for your own Golden Globes party tonight here is are a few recipes from our own collection that we highly recommend. All of them are simple, delicious and good enough for even the most elite celebrity.
