Summer is waning. We can see the signs… The cooler evenings and slight golden change in the leaves. Although it’s still technically summer it’s clear that temperate fall days are here. For many that means an end to the summer barbecue season, patio and swim parties. It also means less outdoor cooking and dusting off the slow-cooker.
Although the outdoor season is coming to an end it doesn’t mean you have to abandon your grill.
