Grilling season is in full force. I absolutely love grilling everything from fruits and vegetables to proteins. In addition to the typical line up of hamburgers, hot dogs and bbq over the summer we grill a lot of chicken. It’s tasty easy on the budget and it takes on flavors like no ones business. Next time you fire up the grill why not try grilling a whole chicken under bricks? Yes, bricks. You wrap bricks in aluminum foil and use them like you would a grill press. It helps the chicken cook more quickly and evenly.
