Halloween Favorite: Mashed BOO-tatoes

By laurasrecipes |

What a fun way to dress up a weeknight dinner during the Halloween season. Martha Stewart’s team used a pastry bag to create cute little pumpkins from sweet potatoes and spooky ghosts from traditional mashed potatoes. The eyes are made from black sesame seeds.

You can serve this with any fall comfort food and your kids will love the little haunted friends on their plates! What is your favorite creative side dish during the holidays?
