Happy New Year’s Eve 2011! Here are 10 really easy recipes for champagne cocktails that will be perfect to serve to your party guests this evening. Here at my home, we started the party early because have to be up early tomorrow morning. These recipes are the perfect way to spruce up that not so expensive bottle of champagne. We have tried all these recipes with the popular inexpensive champagne, Andre. They were all delicious, but my favorite was the Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail, and my husband’s favorite was the Raspberry Champagne Cocktail . Of all the guests we have over sampling cocktails, everybody likes a different one, so we have declared all these recipes winners. The best part is, 9 of the 10 recipes here require only 2 ingredients. These are the easiest recipes for New Year’s Eve you’ll find, and they’re so colorful and festive!
