Avocado Salsa Dip with Corn Chips
Egg free, Lactose free, Nut free
- 2 ripe avocados
- juice of half a lime
- 12 ounces mild salsa
- corn chips, to serve
Cut avocados in half. Remove the stone by putting the avocado down on your work surface, hitting it with the blade of a small knife and then
twisting the knife to remove the stone. Use a large metal spoon to scoop the flesh out.
Combine avocado, lime juice and salsa in a mixing bowl and mash together. Mash lightly to keep some avocado chunks in the dip; gives it some texture.
Serve with corn chips.
