Cranberry Coconut-water Faux-jito
Take a handful of cranberries and muddle them with a tablespoon of mint leaves and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, depending on how sweet you like your drink (you can also throw the whole thing in the food processor if you prefer). To this mixture, add the juice of one lime, then fill up the rest of your glass with a combo of coconut water and sparkling water. Rim your glass with sugar and garnish with mint for an extra-fancy touch.

Virgin Sangria
Sangria is a great way to get some fruit and fiber along with your beverage. Choose the juice of your choice as a base. Pomegranate or concord grape juices are great for red sangria; for a white version, white grape or apple will work. Fill with whatever fruit you like: apples, pears, berries, citrus letting the mix chill in the fridge for a while will allow the flavors to mingle. You can also add a splash of brandy extract to give it a more authentic taste.
