2 large or 4 small shakes
Gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour the shake into glasses and serve immediately.
Use frozen berries to help thicken the shake and make it icy cold.
Any leftovers can be poured into ice pop molds and frozen (as long as you do this straight away).
