Fridays during Lent have always meant eating “fish” for me. Growing up it was a tradition in my family to eat tuna for lunch and a fish or seafood dish for dinner. I think that might be common for most Catholic families. Since Lent started this week and I had fish on the brain, I started craving a tuna sandwich…but not just any tuna sandwich.
